Windows are one of the most expensive things to replace in your home and they can go from wow to ehhh with just one bad cleaning.
Most windows are made using an extremely thin metallic layer on top of the glass for thermal protection (low-e). That layer can be scratched easily if the wrong cleaning method is used leaving behind permanent scratches and discoloration.
Big City stays up to date with the latest glass manufacturing methods & science so our approach to window cleaning is using the safest, most up to date methods possible.
It was a great experience working with the whole group at Big City! Super capable, nice, fast and they went out of their way to make sure the windows did not get scratched - they were removing old manufacturer's stickers on high ladders on stairs. Also they were careful with the wood window frames. I highly recommended them!
